Professor Deepa Mani’s research interests are at the intersection of technology, organisation, and society. Her research articles have been published in leading academic journals. Deepa works closely with industry to drive innovation and strategies for the digital economy. She also works closely with the central and state governments to explore the impact of technology interventions in areas such as education, healthcare and urbanization. Deepa completed her undergraduate education from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and her graduate education from Carnegie Mellon University. She received her doctorate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prof. Ram Nidumolu

Prof Ram Nidumolu has extensive expertise in B-school professorship, Fortune 500 strategy consulting, C-level executive experience, Silicon Valley and Bangalore-based entrepreneurship, and business research. He has advised senior executives at global corporations on how to unlock new opportunities for business growth through new models of business leadership, digital transformation, sustainable business innovation, and other next practices. He is recognised as a thought leader through influential Harvard Business Review articles on the next practices of business, acclaimed book on business leadership, and other publications.

Vijaya Sunder M

Prof. Vijaya Sunder M’s research and teaching interests include Operational Excellence, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, among others. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Lead Auditor, and Lean Facilitator, with about 15 years of industry experience across global corporations that include Citi, American Express, Barclays and the World Bank. Vijaya has authored two books and published more than 40 research papers in several reputed outlets. Vijaya holds a Ph.D. in Operational Excellence from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, MBA from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a gold medalist in Bachelor of Engineering from the Anna University.

Prof. Ramnarayan Subramaniam

Ram has been a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Visiting Faculty at the Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio and a Guest Professor at the University of Bamberg, Germany. He has carried out research assignments funded by the US Office of Personnel Management, Ford Foundation, World Bank, Commonwealth Secretariat, Department for International Development, and German Sciences Foundation. Apart from books on Change Management, Organisation Development and Strategic Management of Public Enterprises, Professor Ramnarayan has edited a book of Cases in Organisational Behaviour.

Prof. Nikhil Madan

Nikhil Madan is a faculty in the Organisational Behaviour area. He holds a Ph.D in Organisational Behaviour from INSEAD, an MS in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Nikhil's research has been published in leading outlets such as Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, and Harvard Business Review. He teaches negotiation and decision-making at ISB.

Prof. Mankad is an expert in Leadership and Global Communication. His career spans a rich and diverse array of fields, including media, management consulting, and non-profit leadership. As a visiting faculty at ISB, Mihir teaches Leadership Communication, stressing the areas of Storytelling & Executive Presence. His focus is on leaders' ability to inspire confidence, gain trust, motivate & create a long-lasting impact among the people around them. He teaches how executive presence can make you a leader of choice, one whom people would want to follow, trust, and most importantly, aspire to be like.
